How long does a standard service take?

A routine minor service is typically completed within the same day — usually three to four hours once the vehicle is in the bay. A major service may require a full day. We'll give you a realistic timeframe with your quotation and update you the moment anything changes.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Booking ahead lets us allocate the right technician, bay and tooling, and keeps turnaround times honest. That said, if you have an urgent concern, call us — we keep daily capacity for emergencies.

What vehicles do you service?

We service most makes and models — from daily commuters to luxury European vehicles and light commercial fleets. Our technicians are continuously trained across BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Ford, Volkswagen, Nissan, Mazda, Hyundai and Kia, among others.

Do you provide written quotations?

Always. Every quotation is itemised with parts and labour separated, and no work proceeds without your written or verbal approval. If additional work is required mid-job, we contact you first — always.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card, EFT, SnapScan and Zapper. Account facilities are available for approved fleet customers. Invoices are issued on completion and settlement is due on collection unless arranged otherwise.

Can I wait while repairs are completed?

Yes. Our reception area is comfortable and quiet, and we're happy to have you wait for shorter services. For longer jobs we can help coordinate a courtesy vehicle or a nearby drop-off.

Is my warranty protected if I service with BYB?

Yes. We perform manufacturer-compliant logbook servicing using quality parts, which preserves your new-vehicle warranty. All service records are documented for your peace of mind and resale value.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

All repairs carry our written workmanship warranty, and fitted parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty. Specific terms are noted on your invoice. We stand behind every job we sign off.
